4. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared after your order is shipped.

5. Incorrect Address

Orders cannot be refunded or replaced if the address entered by the customer is incorrect.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• Take a parcel opening video (mandatory)

• Send it to us along with product photos
  We will assist you with a replacement.
