1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only provided for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect product received

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size/color ordered

  • Minor appearance differences

2. Required Proof

To process a refund/replacement request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product issue

  • Mandatory parcel opening video

  • Shipping label images

Requests without proper proof cannot be processed.

3. Claim Time Window

You must raise the issue within:

  • 48 hours of delivery

4. After Approval

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped free of cost, OR

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products used after delivery

  • Damage caused by the customer

  • Claims without photo/video proof
